followed the signing of a Letter of Intent and subsequent execution of the Sale and Purchase Agreement. Craft Avia Center, a prominent MRO and air taxi operator certified for Bell and Airbus helicopters, is led by CEO José de Vicente. The company sees this acquisition as part of a broader fleet expansión strategy, expressing interest in purchasing additional aircraft in the near future.
«We are very pleased to establish this business partnership with Rotortrade, a clear global leader, at a time when our company is strengthening its capabilities with better equipment and advanced technology to meet the most demanding customer needs and support our ongoing growth,» said José de Vicente, CEO of Craft Avia Center.

The deal was closed by Alejandro Bustos, Rotortrade’s Sales Director for Canada, Mexico, and Central America, who coordinated with Rotortrade teams across France and Mexico to ensure a smooth transaction. Logistics for the aircraft’s delivery are currently being finalized, with sea freight being the preferred transport method.
Raymond Lubrano, Head of Region LATAM at Rotortrade, commented: “This transaction is more than just a sale — it marks the beginning of a strategic partnership with one of the region’s most respected operators. Craft Avia Center’s trust in Rotortrade and their commitment to growing their fleet with us reflects our team’s dedication and the quality of our global support network.
